We are on a mission to empower our communities through application of different approaches. Our main objective is to have a cohesive, empowered, functional society that is self dependent as individuals and holistically as a community.
Our programs highly focus on mentoring the young generation, empowering our women, and fostering dialogue to improve communication among different genders and age sets for the purpose of achieving peace and harmony.

As the country gears up towards elections, peace and cohesion is important and that is why EJI has invested its time in holding dialogues in Nairobi communities.
Women Empowerment
As part of our agenda to empower women and girls in the community, we run an continuous business mentorship program in Kwale. We provide business skills and life skills.
